Abstract

Desde 2000, a Fundação Hospital de Clínicas Gaspar Vianna implementa um programa de educação continuada para os membros do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa. Em 2024, o plano de ação anual foi atualizado de acordo com a norma operacional 001/2013. Objetivo: Capacitar os membros do Comitê para melhorar a qualidade dos laudos. Relato de experiência: Foi criado um curso híbrido com aulas mensais de uma hora, com início em fevereiro e término previsto para dezembro de 2024. Até o momento, foram realizadas quatro turmas, abordando temas como ética em pesquisa, pendências das Resoluções n.º 466/2012 e 510/2016 e documentação de protocolos. Considerações finais: O feedback dos participantes foi positivo, destacando a interação e a qualidade do conteúdo. A educação continuada se mostrou uma experiência exitosa, contribuindo para a proteção dos participantes da pesquisa e o aprimoramento dos laudos.
